Favorite Song

 

Suddenly I remember a song, one of his favorite that became mine.

The song that tells you about letting go despite you love them still.

“This song is so me”, he said.

The lyrics said:

“Little did I know, love is easy

But why was it so hard?

It was like never enough

I gave you all still you want more”

 

As you read this writing, you might know.

Yes, indeed I talked about you.

About you who shared your playlist to me, and then the playlist became ours.

When we drove around, we’d sing that particular parts of the song that stuck in our head.

We’d sing along the road until we find another favorite one.

That was beautiful memories that always mine to keep. Only me.
